What hours are The Workery open?

We are open 9AM-5PM on weekdays for Commuters and Daily Pass members. Residents have additional access outside of normal business hours. 

How do I gain access to the building?

The building is unlocked from 9AM-5PM. Resident members will be contacted individually to receive instructions for after hours access.

What is Cobot?

Cobot is our space management software that enables members to manage their billing, change plans, and request assistance from The Workery Team. After a long, exhaustive search for a trusted software partner, we selected Cobot and encourage you take advantage of all its features. You can access Cobot at any time through the "Login" button found at the top of our site.

How do I report an issue?

If you have any problems or questions (e.g. the printer ran out of paper, trouble with a payment, etc.), log into Cobot and access the "Open Issues" link in the navigation under "Help Desk". Reporting an issue this way allows our team to identify and address the problem as soon as possible.

How do I book the Carriage House?

To view Carriage House availability, log into Cobot and access the "Booking Calendar" link in the navigation. To proceed with making a booking of four hours or less, click on "New Booking" and fill out the form provided. Any charges for the booking will be added to your monthly bill. For bookings longer than four hours, contact hello@theworkerysa.com.

How do I connect to the printer?

You can add our network printer to your computer settings through its IP address: 192.168.10.234
